  • Testimonials from your former employers
  • Testimonials from your university or place of professional education
  • A rough number concerning your salary expectation and when you can start work

Useful Hints

Salary Expectation

If you are not sure about what you should state as your salary expectation, please refrain from a mere 'My salary expectations are negotiable based on the job and total ... '. You can of course make such a statement, and it is clear that money is not everything and very much depends on the circumstances. But it doesn't make sense for both parties to proceed in the application process when your actual salary is about 80.000 and we are talking about a 60.000 position. So please state at least a rough number or a range.

Notice Of Non-Negotiability

If you think the company which is offering the position may belong to one of those you don't want your documents being transferred to, then please state a notice of non-negotiability in your mail. We will not pass on your information to any company which is mentioned in this note.

Snail Mail

Please don't send us any applications by post! We are living in the 21. century and all of our processes are based on electronic data processing. Furthermore, sending paper back and forth harms our environment and produces unnecessary costs.
