He worked as consultant and co-owner for different companies and research institutes as well as in sales&marketing for high-tech companies like Rheinmetall Defence or ISRA Vision Systems and global players like the RAG- Group and Bosch Security Systems.
Dipl.-Kfm. Jürgen Karweg
Jürgen studied business administration at Paderborn university and worked for more than 15 years for renowned HR consulting firms like TMP Worldwide, Manpower and the Baumann Group.
Jürgen is partner at LES and his extensive experience provides him with a perfect background for not only finding the right candidates but also for assessing their personal traits with regard to a specific challenge.
