Since 2005 Linnamägi Executive Search has become a synonym for highest quality in recruiting senior managers and professionals in industry and high-technology. During that period we have found qualified staff for renowned companies of all sizes, from innovative start-up companies and hidden champions up to DAX 30 companies.
An unswerving commitment to customer satisfaction and to providing individually customized services has enabled us to achieve impressive results and become a trusted and valued partner among our customers, a position we are firmly committed to maintaining.
Today, our staff comprises of three consultants and a powerful research team, located at two offices in Germany and Estonia, which offers a full range of recruiting and HR consulting services in Germany, Estonia and the neighbouring countries in Europe.
The Beginning
In 2005 we started out as a classcial headhunting company, offering highly specialized recruiting services for renowned HR consultant firms in Germany, who relied on our technical expertise in critical projects.
Expansion
In 2007 we decided to offer our services directly to final customers in industry. The demand for competent recruiting in technological areas was so great that we could soon win a great number of customers in virtually all kind of industries.
Internationalization
In 2008 we opened our international office in Estonia, one of the most innovative and dynamic regions in Europe. Since then, we have found qualified staff not only in Germany, but also in the neighbouring countries, mainly in the field of sales&marketing and CEOs for foreign subsidiaries.
Marketing Consultancy
Recognizing the great demand for technologically competent high-tech-marketing and sales support we have also started to offer marketing consultancies for small and medium sized high-tech-companies as well as developing market entry strategies for conquering foreign markets.
