Company Guidelines


Openness and trust

Trust is prerequisite for starting the application process. But trust can only be established by presenting oneself openly to the candidates. We therefore refrain from using anonymous cell phone numbers, hidden mail addresses or the like when contacting the candidates. Instead we introduce ourselves honestly and openly. The candidate knows from the beginning who he is talking to.

Discretion

As open as we present ourselves to the candidates, as discreet are we with regard to our clients. If not explicitly requested, we neither mention the HR consultant, nor the final customer. This enables our customers to stay discreetly in the background and prevents possible conflicts of interests as well as sending out undesired information to the market.

Of course we also respect the desire of our candidates for discretion. Applicants can state non-negotiability notices in their CV's and application forms with both respect to the HR consultant as well as the employer.


Understanding

The right people can only be found if the task is understood correctly and comprehensively. Therefore we pay high attention to a close cooperation with our clients and a precise definition of objectives.


Commitment

A committed and highly motivated approach is of utmost importance for the success of direct approach. Therefore we don't regard a search-project only as a job, which has to be checked off as soon as possible, but as an individual challenge, which has to be mastered succesfully.


Honesty

Direct approach ist not the best method for every vacancy. If we are not convinced that direct approach will lead to the desired success we recommend an alternative approach.

Likeweise we will recommend candidates to refrain from an application if we are of opinion that they don't have the necessary qualification for the task or are already too advanced in their career.

Respect

Despite all care and efficiency we will never forget that we are dealing with people. People we would like to help in reaching their professional and entrepeneurial goals and whose desires, concerns and fears must be respected and taken seriously. This goes for our customers as well as for our candidates.
